Luxperience Zurich a major success

The Luxperience Zurich Pop Up was deemed a huge success, with over 300 appointments during the four hour appointments session during the two day event.

Held last week at the illustrious Atlantis by Giardino, the “taste of Luxperience” in Zurich was attended by 35 elite travel designers and conference organisers from South America, Europe, Russia, UAE, India, China and Australia.

“It was my absolute pleasure to attend Luxperience’s first pop-up European event in Zurich. A truly international travel trade meeting of quality suppliers and selected buyers,” said Margaret Lange, Savenio National Product & Training Manager.

“Luxperience Zurich was leisurely paced which allowed us to maximise our networking time.  The relaxed atmosphere meant time to share solid knowledge with industry colleagues from at least 11 countries and create a great camaraderie.

“I can’t wait to return to Australia and share with the Savenio team.”

Other Australian delegates included Belinda Melocco, Chair – The Sydney Event Network; Ruth Leibson, Travel Advisor – FBI Travel and Stuart Reay Director – Smartflyer Australia transported to Zurich by airline partner British Airways. Many of the delegates enjoyed a Switzerland familiarisation tour to various stunning locations thanks to pop up major partner, Switzerland Tourism.

There were 18 exhibitors presenting at Luxperience Zurich, hailing from as far away as Australia, Central America and South East Asia to as nearby as Europe and the Middle East.

“Luxperience is an event in a very intimate and peaceful atmosphere that creates the perfect connections and contacts for business between suppliers and buyers,” added Ane Ugarte, Sales and Marketing Director, Bahia Del Duque, Tenerife, Spain.

“Furthermore the network is really deep (sic) with all the participants as it’s not a too big an event.”

“All participants had the chance to experience what our main Luxperience event is about: intimate, exclusive, boutique; a great opportunity to build strong business relationships,” said Dimitris Anthanasopoulos, Luxperience Business Development Manager – Europe.

Lange concluded, “I can see future Luxperience Europe events evolving to one of the ‘must attend’ of the travel industry. I was so thrilled to be invited to the inaugural event.”

Luxperience is happening in Sydney 17-20 September 2017. It’s an invitation-only event dedicated to the global high-end experiential travel sector.
