The 273 four star hotel forms part of the new Marina Tower development and is the first international hotel in the busy Docklands area, offering the largest inventory of guest rooms and meeting space in the precinct.
Designed by Melbourne-based DKO Architecture, the contemporary aesthetic fuses a dark charcoal and aquamarine palette with blonde timber, bleached grey-wood panelling, abundant marble and glass, fresh greenery and deeper notes of black and bronze.
The sparkling centrepiece is a 7th floor Sky Lounge complete with 25-metre heated outdoor pool, Jacuzzi and vast pool deck with impressive city views, as well as a sleek and welcoming lobby and lounge bar that’s set to serve Four Points Best Brews program of local beers, boutique ciders and brews. 500 sqm of function space catering for up to 200 guests complete the offer.
Head Chef and Bimbadgen Vineyards team up
InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort will transport guests to the crest of the original Bimbadgen vineyard with its 2017 Bimbadgen Wine Dinner inside the signature restaurant, The Fireplace, on Friday 7 April.

Royal Lancaster London will Launch in September 2017
Following the completion of an £80 million renovation led by Studio PROOF, the mid-century icon will reinstate its original name of ‘Royal Lancaster London’ in time for the hotel’s 50th Anniversary.
Works include a dramatic new entrance façade and reception lobby, and the redesign of all 411 guest rooms and suites in the 18-storey tower – one of central London’s best-known landmarks on the boundary of Hyde Park.
The lobby will be divided into a series of individual spaces, including a new bar, and a large curved marble staircase will allow guests on the first floor to view the ground floor within this magnificent space. Taking inspiration from luxury brands, Studio PROOF will apply the core materials of the interior design, especially the gold, polished brass and bronze metals, to the outer skin of the building to create five-star quality. The exterior design will be based on a series of vertical strata blended with a large 8m high glazed facade.
The new guest room design emphasises the premium views over Hyde Park and offers luxurious details including tactile fabrics, beautiful bronze and glass elements, with bespoke light fittings. In a nod to the hotel’s roots in the 1960s, the design of the new suites blends mid-century nuances and the quirkiness of the English character from that era, with a contemporary edge – an approach that chimes with the hotel’s vision of ‘creating the future with the treasures of our past’.
Wyndham Hotel Group launch upper-midscale brand, Wyndham Garden in Kuta, Bali.
Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali, the Wyndham Hotel group’s sixth Bali property, is located directly across from Kuta Beach on Jalan Pantai Kuta.
The hotel offers 155 newly-refurbished guest rooms with stylish and airy living spaces, including spacious executive rooms and suites with pool access and ocean views. The resort features two pools – a family pool for children and rooftop pool overlooking the ocean. Additional inclusions cover an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, a day spa, as well as meeting rooms for seminars and events.
Previously known as The Kuta Playa Hotel & Villas, Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali, is the first Wyndham Garden hotel to open in South East Asia after rebranding under a management agreement between PT Wyndham Hotel Management and PT Global Bali Investama.
This year, the resort will undergo a further renovation and expansion adding 151 rooms, of which several are swim-up pool units, a new dining establishment, and revamp of the hotel’s public areas with modern elements. It is expected to be complete at the end of 2017.
